Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please submit a problem report to us at 80s90scarsclub@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. If the error is on our end, we will gladly cover the costs to replace the item for you.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement or your package gets lost on the road, please contact us no later than 30 days after your estimated delivery date. We will look into it and ensure you get your order.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment goes unclaimed (e.g., at the post office or customs) and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made specifically for you when you order, we highly recommend checking our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer free refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if the wrong size was ordered.
